Charapita - Shrimp Topped Avocados

What You Need for 8 Servings:

1 cup Sour Cream 1 cup salsa

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 tsp. Charapita "Liquid Gold" hot pepper sauce

1 lb. medium shrimp (31 to 35 count), cleaned, cooked

4 ripe avocados, halved, pitted

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

Let's Make It

  1. Mix sour cream, salsa, cheese and hot pepper sauce in large bowl.

  2. Add shrimp; mix lightly.

  3. Place 1 avocado half on each salad plate.

  4. Fill evenly with the shrimp mixture & sprinkle with cilantro.

  5. Enjoy
