Charapita-Shrimp Topped Avocados

What You Need for 8 Servings

1 cup Sour Cream

1 cup salsa

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 tsp. Charapita hot pepper sauce "Liquid Gold"

1 lb. medium shrimp (31 to 35 count), cleaned, cooked

4 ripe avocados, halved, pitted

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

Let's Make It


1) Mix sour cream, salsa, cheese and hot pepper sauce in large bowl.2

2) Add shrimp 3) Mix lightly.3

4) Place 1 avocado half on each salad plate. 5) Fill evenly with the shrimp mixture and sprinkle with cilantro.
