Grilled Spicy Aji Charapita Flank Steak

What you need for 6 Servings:
1 beef flank steak (1-1/2 lb.)
1/2 cup A1 Original Sauce
3/4 tsp. ground Aji Charapita or better 1 tbs fresh Charapita Paste
2 English cucumbers, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Lets make it :
Step 1: Score steak on both sides with shallow cross-cuts; place in shallow dish. Mix A.1. and 1/2 tsp. Aji Charapita pepper ground or paste until blended. Pour 1/4 cup over steak; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning after 15 min. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining A.1. mixture until ready to use.
Step 2:
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak 17 to 21 min. or until medium doneness, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining A.1. mixture. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Step 3:
Transfer steak from grill to cutting board. Let stand 5 min. before cutting across the grain into thin slices. Serve topped with cucumber salad.
