Recipe of the Week: Black Bean Charapita Dip

Spicy - Refreshing - Delicious

What You Need for 20 Servings

1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed

1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained

2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

1 tsp. garlic powder

½ TSP Charapita pepper sauce "Liquid Gold"

How to make it:

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended

  2. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled

  3. Serve with crackers or assorted fresh vegetable dippers
